“Stomping On Quarantine”

Four days of Quarantine and it feels like I’m already going stir crazy I could only go swimming for so many days as it is.

This is the wrong mindset to have during this time instead I’m thinking this way:

I get to go swimming for the 4th day in a row! I get to work on my aquatic therapy and strengthen my upper body and legs.

I know this is a tough situation for us to all go through together with COVID-19 and all but we have to remember this is just a brand new obstacle that we all have to stomp on together.

As I would say together as one community of people who want to make a difference in our community within us together and spreading awareness about Cerebral palsy and how it affects us not just with COVID 19 but just everyday life together with Cerebral Palsy and that’s what I am continuing to do despite the negative vibes going on because Cerebral Palsy awareness matters, Our voices matter.

If we have a positive mindset through this difficult time good things will come your way and you will achieve every goal you had set in mind.

So during COVID-19, I will continue to be the voice for the who can’t and stomp on Cerebral Palsy.
