Dear Cerebral Palsy,
I’ve been wanting to write to you for a while since there’s so much I have to give gratitude for.
For starters, I want to give gratitude for making my body so beautiful and perfect as I look in the mirror every day, I’m reminded that beauty comes in all different forms and we should all embrace it to the best of our abilities.
Secondly, I want to thank you for making my life full of adventures with many twists and turns, many memories full of laughter and tenderness.
You have shaped me into the woman I’m today you’ve shown me the ropes, you have shown me how to navigate through life; cracks and all so for that
I’m extremely thankful for you and what you’ve shown me that possibilities are endless despite what obstacles made have been in front of me you
have shown me that a diagnosis doesn’t define you, what define you is your attitude and your ability to see the positive in the reality that you do have a condition that makes harder to considered as normal but I thank you for giving me the ultimate challenge of finding myself and teaching it’s okay to be different and have a different path than other people it’s a part of you and your story.
Well until next time,
Tylia
