For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever. Amen.”* — Romans 11:36

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

My name is Pastor Tylia L. Flores, and I am first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ. Before I am an author, pastor, speaker, ministry leader, or teacher, I am a woman who has been redeemed by the grace of God and called to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Everything you will find throughout this website from my books and Bible studies to my sermons, articles, speaking ministry, and church—is centered on one purpose: helping people know Jesus more deeply and encouraging them to live faithfully according to God’s Word.

If there is one thing I hope people remember after reading one of my books, hearing me preach, or meeting me in person, it is not my name. I hope they remember the name of Jesus.

Every life has a story.

Mine has been filled with unexpected turns, seasons of joy, painful valleys, unanswered questions, and countless reminders that God is faithful through every chapter.

I was born with cerebral palsy, a lifelong physical disability that has shaped many aspects of my journey. Growing up, I quickly realized that my life looked different from the lives of many around me. Things that came naturally to others often required determination, patience, therapy, or simply learning a different way of doing them.

Like many people who live with challenges, I wrestled with difficult questions.

Why was my journey different?

Would I ever accomplish the dreams in my heart?

Could God really use someone like me?

Those questions did not disappear overnight. Instead, God patiently answered them through years of growing faith.

As I matured, I began to understand that what I once viewed as weaknesses were actually opportunities for God’s strength to shine.

The Apostle Paul writes in **2 Corinthians 12:9**,

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.”*

That verse became deeply personal to me.

It reminded me that God has never asked us to be strong enough on our own. He simply asks us to trust Him.

Looking back now, I can see His hand in every chapter of my story. Every hardship became preparation. Every disappointment became a lesson in faith. Every unanswered prayer eventually pointed me toward something greater than I could have imagined.

Learning to Trust God’s Plan

Life rarely unfolds according to our own timeline.

Like many people, I have experienced seasons of waiting, disappointment, grief, uncertainty, and personal growth. I have learned what it feels like to wonder why certain doors remain closed while others unexpectedly open.

Those seasons taught me one of the greatest lessons of my life:

**God’s delays are never God’s absence.**

He continues working even when we cannot see it.

He prepares us long before He promotes us.

He strengthens our character before expanding our calling.

The older I become, the more I realize that some of God’s greatest blessings arrived only after I surrendered my own plans and trusted His.

My Calling to Ministry

As my relationship with Christ deepened, so did His calling upon my life.

What began as a simple desire to encourage people gradually grew into a lifelong commitment to serving the Church.

After years of studying Scripture, serving others, and following God’s leading, I answered His call into pastoral ministry.

Today I have the incredible privilege of serving as an ordained pastor, preaching the Gospel, teaching God’s Word, praying with people through life’s most difficult moments, and helping believers grow in their walk with Christ.

I also founded Able by Grace Ministries a ministry dedicated to sharing biblical truth, encouraging believers, equipping Christian leaders, and reminding people that God’s grace is sufficient in every season of life.

In addition, I founded Bethany Bible Church, an online ministry devoted to faithful Bible teaching, discipleship, prayer, and helping people grow in a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ no matter where they live.

These ministries exist for one reason:

To glorify Jesus Christ.

Not personalities.

Not platforms.

Not popularity.

Only Christ.

A Heart for Teaching

One of my greatest joys is opening God’s Word and helping others understand it.

Whether speaking from a pulpit, teaching online, writing devotionals, leading Bible studies, or mentoring future ministry leaders, I believe Scripture has the power to transform lives because it is God’s living Word.

I strive to teach with both truth and grace.

I want people to leave encouraged, challenged, and equipped to live out their faith long after the sermon or lesson has ended.

The Bible is not merely a historical document.

It is God’s revelation to humanity, and it remains just as relevant today as it was when it was written.

Writing Stories That Point to Christ

Although ministry is central to my life, writing has always been one of God’s greatest gifts to me.

Stories have a unique way of reaching hearts.

Sometimes people who would never attend a church service will pick up a novel.

Sometimes a teenager who feels forgotten will see themselves in a fictional character.

Sometimes a struggling parent finds hope in a memoir.

Sometimes a child discovers biblical truth through a simple picture book.

That is why I write.

My goal has never been to write books simply for entertainment.

I want every story to carry eternal significance.

Whether I am writing Christian romance, young adult fiction, children’s books, memoirs, devotionals, or nonfiction, I pray every page reflects God’s love, redemption, mercy, forgiveness, and hope.

Many of my stories explore themes including:

* God’s grace
* Redemption
* Forgiveness
* Christ-centered relationships
* Family
* Faith during suffering
* Disability and human dignity
* Purpose
* Healing
* Hope
* Courage
* Second chances
* The transforming power of the Gospel

I often write characters who experience challenges because I know firsthand that difficult circumstances never place someone outside God’s plan.

My hope is that readers finish every book not only entertained but also encouraged to open their Bible and grow closer to Christ.

A Passion for Every Person

Throughout my life, God has placed a special burden on my heart for people who often feel overlooked.

Whether someone is living with a disability, carrying emotional wounds, struggling with loneliness, questioning their purpose, or simply searching for hope, I want them to know this:

**God sees you.**

He has not forgotten you.

You were intentionally created by Him.

Your life has eternal value.

Your story matters because you matter to God.

The Church should be a place where every person is welcomed, loved, and encouraged to use the gifts God has given them for His glory.

My Life Beyond the Pulpit

When I am not writing or serving in ministry, I enjoy spending time studying Scripture, reading Christian books, developing new Bible studies, creating resources for ministry leaders, and dreaming about future books that will encourage readers for generations to come.

I also enjoy meaningful conversations, encouraging others through social media, listening to worship music, and celebrating the ordinary moments of life that remind us of God’s goodness.

Some of my favorite moments are often the quiet ones—reading my Bible with a cup of coffee nearby, praying over future projects, brainstorming new stories, or reflecting on God’s faithfulness throughout the journey He has given me.

Those moments continually remind me that ministry is not merely something we do.

It is a way of living.

 Looking Ahead

As I look toward the future, my prayer remains remarkably simple.

I want to remain faithful.

Faithful to God’s Word.

Faithful to His calling.

Faithful to serve wherever He leads.

Whether He allows me to write dozens more books, preach to thousands of people, mentor future Christian leaders, or simply encourage one hurting soul at a time, I pray that every opportunity points people toward Jesus Christ.

Success is not measured by book sales, awards, titles, or recognition.

Success is measured by faithfulness to the One who called us.

Thank You for Being Here

If you have visited this website because you read one of my books, attended a speaking event, listened to a sermon, discovered one of my ministry resources, or simply found this page while searching online, I want you to know how grateful I am that you are here.

It is my prayer that every page of this website reminds you that God is faithful, His Word is true, His grace is sufficient, and His love never fails.

No matter your past, your present circumstances, or the uncertainty of tomorrow, Jesus Christ remains the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Thank you for allowing me to share a small part of my story with you.

I hope that, through these pages, you are encouraged to continue writing your own story with Christ at the center.

May the Lord bless you richly and draw you ever closer to Himself.

*In Christ,*
