In life, we often encounter challenging situations that leave us feeling down and out. These moments can leave us questioning our choices and wondering why things are happening the way they are. However, it’s important to remember that our story was written even before our birth, and destiny always has a plan for us, even when we don’t understand why things are happening.
I recently decided to enroll myself in a Christian leadership institute, where I received my flied ministry license. This is something I have wanted to do for many years, but life obstacles got in the way. I needed to figure out my relationship with religion and embrace my faith fully. I believe that having a ministry license will allow me to make a positive impact in the lives of others, particularly those in the Christian community.
In addition to pursuing my ministry license, I have also signed up to be a volunteer for the Red Cross. I wanted to find a way to give back to those who are active members of our military and their families. By working closely with active duty personnel and their families, I hope to provide a support system and offer assistance in any way I can.
Six years ago, when I thought nothing would happen, I fought depression. Over time, I was able to become a bestselling author on Amazon, as well as a radio show host. This is a testament to the power of overcoming obstacles and embracing our dreams.
Throughout my journey, I have learned that even when times are rough and we feel like giving up, there is a purpose behind the challenges we encounter. Our story was written for us, and we must trust that our trials are preparing us for something more. It’s during these difficult moments that we encounter growth and self-discovery. I think as someone with cerebral palsy and facing adulthood we all pass through a time where we have to remember that our stories were meant to be the way they were and it’s up to us to write them to the extent of our ability.
That’s why I had to go through that bad chapter in life. It was necessary for me to experience the challenges I faced in order to learn and grow. And now, as I embark on new endeavors and take on new challenges, I am reminded that everything happens for a reason, and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
