While her condition affects her mobility, it has never limited her extraordinary impact as a minister, chaplain, coach, writer, and broadcaster.
She is licensed and ordained through the Christian Leaders Institute Alliance, serving as a Minister, Public School Chaplain, Christian Life Coach, Field Minister, Lay Minister, Youth Minister, Funeral Officiant, and Christian Faith Officiant. Beyond her ministerial work, Tylia uses media to amplify disability awareness and Christian encouragement. She is the co-host of Palsy Power with her fiancé and fellow Cerebral Palsy advocate, Cody A. McWhorter, where they foster vital conversations about faith, love, and disability advocacy.
For six years, she hosted Stomping On CP Radio with DJ Ty, creating one of the most influential platforms in the disability community. Today, she shares her passion for music and storytelling on Ty’s Country Rewind with Johnny Rock ’N’ Roll Radio, blending her love of country classics with her heart for ministry and advocacy.
