This summer has been one of the busiest, most beautiful, and most reflective seasons of my life. Between milestone celebrations, new adventures, deep personal revelations, and exciting projects coming to life, I’ve been reminded time and time again that life is a gift—one we must cherish, embrace, and never take for granted.
Celebrating 30 Years of Life & Love
First and foremost, I had the incredible joy of celebrating my 30th birthday in Ashburn, Georgia, surrounded by my parents, my future in-laws, and my amazing fiancé. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and deep gratitude. Birthdays always make me pause and reflect—what is my purpose? What mark am I leaving on this world?
For years, I’ve dedicated myself to disability advocacy, using my voice through writing and speaking to make a difference. But this year, as I entered a new decade, I felt a calling to expand that purpose in a way I never expected—through ministry and through the written word.
Able by Grace Ministries: A New Chapter
I’m thrilled to share that Able by Grace Ministries is now officially recognized by the Christian Leaders Institute Alliance as one of their main Soul Centers! This milestone is a testament to faith, perseverance, and the belief that God can use anyone—regardless of ability—to spread His love and truth.
A few weeks before my birthday, I had the honor of sitting down with Pastor Rudi for an inspiring interview
That conversation reminded me that every day we wake up is another opportunity to discover our purpose. Whether through advocacy, ministry, writing, or simply being present for those around us, we all have a role to play in this grand adventure called life.
The Journey—Both Physical & Spiritual
This summer wasn’t just about reflection—it was also about movement, travel, and embracing every moment. My brand-new handicap-accessible van (affectionately named Hank!) carried me on journeys spanning four to eighteen hours, from Ashburn, Georgia, to Asheville, North Carolina, where I celebrated my grandma’s 70th birthday. Each trip, each memory, reinforced a simple truth: life is beautiful, even when it’s challenging.

Cheers to 30 this picture was taken in Asheville North Carolina sorry no pictures with Grandma she’s camera shy
Living with Cerebral Palsy isn’t easy. There are obstacles, frustrations, and days when the road feels impossibly long. But I’ve learned this—I’d rather be on this ride than no ride at all. My disability isn’t a limitation; it’s the lens through which I see the world, and it’s shaped me into who I am.
Books in the Works: Stories of Faith, Hope & Purpose
One of the greatest joys of my life has been writing—sharing stories that inspire, uplift, and remind people of their God-given purpose. I’ve been working on several books, and I’m excited to announce that many of them are now available for pre-order on Amazon!

What Is My Purpose?
At the end of the day, my purpose isn’t just about being:
-
An author
-
A minister
-
A radio show host
-
A disability advocate
It’s about being the best, most humble human being I can be. It’s about accepting the journey, stomping on obstacles, and writing my own story—one filled with faith, perseverance, and love.
Keep Stomping Forward
If there’s one thing I want you to take from this blog, it’s this: Your purpose is unfolding every single day. Some days, it’s clear. Other days, it’s hidden in the struggle. But if you embrace the adventure, face the challenges head-on, and stay true to who you are, you’ll be amazed at what you discover.
So here’s to 30 years of life, to new beginnings, and to the beautiful, unpredictable journey ahead. Keep stomping, keep believing, and never forget—you were made for a purpose.
With love and gratitude,
Tylia L. Flores
